• Personal projects
• Commercial projects developed by you or your team
• Client projects where you are the developer
• Unlimited applications and deployments

The license is valid in perpetuity and includes one year of updates from the date of purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code
• Create derivative products for sale that compete with Shipfastai
• Share your license key or repository access with others
• Use the code to create a competing boilerplate or template product
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing customers or pending orders.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refund requests should be sent to refunds@Shipfastai.com. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [YOUR COMPANY NAME] and its licensors.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
